Weekend Specials 11/05/2018
#SLWeekendBBSpecials from tonight at San Lorenzo’s we have two specials on our blackboard:
Starter: Burrata Mozzarella w/ heirloom tomatoes, rocket, balsamic glaze and garlic crouton €13
Mains: Roast Poussin w/ duck fat potatoes, green beans, king oyster mushrooms and Chianti jus €26
Burrata is a fresh Italian buffalo milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. Very decadent all together!
The poussin (spring chicken) goes well with our 2016 Bertaine & Fils Pinot Noir from Aude in France, 36 euros a bottle and we do it by the glass as well at 9.25€
