Dine in Dublin 2017 @ San Lorenzos

Dine in Dublin, the city’s annual restaurant festival, takes place from the 27th February to the 5th March this year.
San Lorenzo’s is delighted to be participating for yet another year in Dine in Dublin. The festival is a week-long celebration of Dublin’s fantastic restaurant scene. The festival is run by DublinTown which exists to highlight all that this city lovingly referred to as “Town” has to offer. It is an initiative between “We are DublinTown” formally known as Dublin City BID, local creative talent and city centre business owners.
This year, as there is such a wide variety of places to dine in, San Lorenzo’s is taking a different approach to the usual discounted offers. Dine in Dublin 2017 at San Lorenzo’s is going to be a “buongustaio” (gourmet) celebration of the restaurant’s Irish-Italian roots and NYC style.
At the recent launch of Dine in Dublin 2017, which took place in the Mansion House round room, Temple Garner wooed the crowed with the widely acclaimed “dish of the night”; Roast Rack of Irish Hogget done with minted salsa verde, chantenay carrots and duck-fat roast potatoes. Irish Rack of Lamb will feature on the San Lorenzo’s Dine in Dublin menu too.
This year, Temple Garner will take the Dine in Dublin celebration element to heart with the introduction of a six-course Italian gourmet tasting menu for the festival. The produce is Irish sourced, the dishes are Italian and the whole is served with the restaurant’s renowned NYC style and verve.
The tasting menu is available all week long during the festival and there is an option to pair the dishes with fine wines from the San Lorenzo’s list. Six courses €65 with wine pairings €95.
Bookings for the tasting menu can be made for dinner all night Monday to Thursday and Sunday and after 8pm on Friday and Saturday.
Our Early Bird and A la Carte menus are all still available during the festival week.
