Buffalo mozzarella bruschetta w/ gremolata,  butternut squash, walnut pesto

New England chowder w/ mussels, smoked haddock & pancetta

Pan-fried gambas w/ white wine, chili & garlic

Bresola w/ goats cheese dressing, red chicory & capers

Mains

 Free range confit chicken & salciccia sausage cacciatore;  cannellini beans, green olives, duck fat roasties

Zuppa di pesci: fish & seafood stew, mussels, prawns, tomato, white wine, chili & garlic, crostini

Pan-fried calves liver w/ nutmeg & pancetta, creamed cavolo nero, soft pecorino polenta, borettane onions

Grilled plaice fillet w/ green split peas, pancetta, white cabbage ‘brasato’,  sage & mustard mash

Pot-roast Castlemain Farm lamb shank w/ heritage roast beetroot, mash, salsa verde
